Harris/Farinon 1107 Heated Wafer Element with 2.25" Diameter Vacuum Bit Holder

This appears to be some type of heated wafer holder with pneumatic suction. The pneumatic tube passes vacuum to the center-hollow Allen bolt under the 2.25" plate 2x pins on power cable lead to 2x elements, 1x to a sensor, and the last 2x pins are unused. BRASS colored fitting on side leads ONLY to black housing, so appears to be part of a heating/cooling jacket feature built into the semi-hollow round black body.
