Oxford Lasers Limited Cryogenic Liquid Nitrogen Gas Purifier for Excimers
The device consists of a variable-temperature cryogenic trap with an integral gas circulator. By regulating the temperature of the purifier, unwanted impurity species that build up during operation can be frozen out. The purifier can also freeze out any unwanted contaminants brought in with the initial fill gases. This item appears to be complete and powers up, however, we were unable to fully test it. Valves work, eurotherm controller works.
