CoveMe APYE 3000 Dymat Solar Panel Backsheet with Aluminum 1M wide by 20M Long. Approximately 20 square meters of material.

Coveme's dyMat APYE backsheet features a special Al layer of thickness variable between 9 um up to 50 um. The special backsheet construction allows an extra low WVTR and a superior moisture protection for humidity sensitive solar cells. Therefore, it is the most suitable solution for thin film (CIGS and a-Si) flexible PV modules and also for c-Si PV modules used in floating installations where high humidity and high temperature can easily deteriorate the module power output.

This Roll of solar panel backsheet came from Solopower San Jose. Solopower used a backsheet with a layer of aluminum which makes it stiffer than standard backsheet. Also according to Coveme this was designed for floating installations with high humidity. This roll is new and unused with original aged and worn out box.
