Need a rope handled crate. It weighs a bit more that a gunny sack of potatoes. The corresponding weak spot is in the plastic web foundation in the monitor pedestal. The machine dates from the mid 1990s, and really lovely to look at and use. The rear half of the pedestal foundation contains electronics adapter/connector gear; the front half is made of a large cell honey comb plastic that has become quite brittle and shatters easily. So it is a problem to set the monitor up for regular use without a rebuild where the monitor meets the table top. Half is okay and may keep the connector aparatus, the rest can be rebuilt with a variety of materials. Heavy dude, cannot imagine sending it with out a major hauler.
