Tegal PlasmaLine 200 Plasma Barrel Etcher - with Comdel CPS-200AX Power Supply
The RF section of the Tegal power supply on this system has been disconnected and it appears that it was rewired to work with an Advanced Energy RF generator. The Tegal supply is still required to supply control power to the system
System is functional with the Comdel CPS 200X power supply.
