This "as is" RBH SA-500DSP+ Subwoofer Amplifier does power on. The display is ok and dial is functional. It makes an occasional "chattering" noise like it has a bad relay. It was tested with a speaker and produced sound but was damaged. We are selling this RBH SA-500DSP+ Subwoofer Amplifier "as is" because we can not test it further, and it may be missing parts.
