This Amorton Overwrap machine has been inspected and appears to be in good condition. This machine powers on and cycles through its operational process, with most indicator lights functioning as expected. Both the left and right heat sealers reach full temperature, and temperature control lights extinguish correctly upon reaching set points. The photocell and heat indicator lights also operate properly. The motor speed controller adjusts from low to full speed; however, the motor does not respond to speed changes when dialed up, indicating a potential motor or controller issue. The green power switch requires being held down to operate consistently. The emergency stop (E-stop) button does not currently function to cut power. There is significant surface corrosion on many parts of the machine. Despite this, the running surfaces that actuate the rollers are well-lubricated and free of rust.
