We are not copy machine technicians. We cleaned the optics and cleaning wick. Unable to get test copies with no lines or paper jams, it needs a full P.M. ie Toner, Developer, cleaning wick, and density adjustment. The buyer will need a P.M. to make it ready to use at their facility. This product can be previewed at our facility in Ventura, CA during normal business hours 8am to 5pm M-F.
