The Web Technology NID System Model 7200 is a benchtop vapor-phase gross leak detection analyzer designed for hermetic package integrity testing. It is the core analyzer of the Series 7000 NID (Non-Invasive Detection) Vapor Detection system, which uses vapor detection rather than bubble immersion to identify gross leaks in sealed microelectronic and semiconductor packages. The system is designed for full compliance with MIL-STD-883, MIL-STD-750, and MIL-STD-202 gross leak test methods.

This Web Technology NID System Model 7200 Vapor Detection Gross Leak Detection System powers on and the front panel lights up. We were not able to test it further beyond confirming it powers on, so the full operational status of the detection and measurement functions is unknown. The unit shows cosmetic wear consistent with its age and use in an industrial/semiconductor manufacturing environment — the main chassis shows discoloration and surface soiling, and the cart-mounted base shows wear to the pad material. The test chamber is included and shows wear to the platen surface. The foot pedal is also included. All tubing and pneumatic connections are present on the rear.
