The Tascam 102 MKII is a precision built, rack mountable cassette deck which offers excellent sonic performance due to its extremely wide frequency response, Dolby B & C Noise Reduction and Dolby HX Pro Headroom Extension. Helpful features include Record Mute and Intro Check. The Record Mute will record four seconds of silence; this space placed between songs enables automatic music search functions to work more effectively on any cassette deck. The Intro Check function scans through the entire tape, playing a short section at the beginning of each song; this helps in finding a particular tune on the tape.
