The meter face is clean and legible, with no cracked or fogged glass and all scale markings clearly visible. The black Bakelite housing shows light shelf wear consistent with used surplus equipment. The rear terminals, shunt straps, and binding posts appear intact with no obvious damage. It has not been powered up or tested at our facility.
