Condition: Used

It looks like someone in the past has drilled out the combination locking mechanism. I don't know because I am not familiar with these fire file cabinets. Someone added a pad lock style locking bar along the front to be able to lock it. The drawers open but the original combo and key that came when manufactured is disabled and we do not have any keys.
