This Rugid Computer RUG7C Industrial Interface Control Panel has been inspected and is in good used condition overall. The blue metal enclosure is clean with minor scuffs typical of normal use. The LCD display, keypad, and I/O terminal areas appear intact. The RS-232 DB9 connector on the PCB edge shows some surface oxidation and rust, which is visible in the photos.
