Applications
The Radius Two Page Display system was one of the landmark large-screen display solutions for the NuBus Macintosh platform in the late 1980s and early 1990s. NuBus was Apple's expansion bus used in the Macintosh II, IIx, IIcx, IIci, IIfx, and later Quadra-series machines, and Radius was among the most prominent third-party card makers for that platform. The Two Page Display card drove Radius's own portrait and two-page monochrome monitors — typically 21-inch units capable of displaying two full letter-size pages side by side at high resolution, which was a significant productivity advantage for desktop publishing, page layout, and word processing professionals of the era. Radius paired these cards with monitors under the Two Page Display brand and bundled display driver software (separate from this card).
