Applications

The OmniMount ARC-FPD is part of OmniMount's Connection TV Mounting Systems line, designed for wall-mounting flat-panel LCD televisions in homes, offices, and commercial display environments. The swivel design allows the display to pivot horizontally so the screen can be repositioned for different viewing angles — a common requirement in conference rooms, retail spaces, waiting areas, and living rooms where the viewer's position varies. OmniMount was a well-known brand in the AV mounting market during the early-to-mid 2000s when flat-panel LCD and plasma TVs were rapidly replacing CRT sets and demand for wall-mount solutions grew significantly. The ARC-FPD's cable-tension frame design provides a finished, clean appearance by holding the display within a border frame rather than attaching directly to the back panel alone. These mounts remain useful for anyone retrofitting older flat-panel displays or sourcing replacement hardware for an existing OmniMount installation.
