The blue shoulder and collar area show paint chips and surface corrosion. The brass CGA 580 valve is present and intact, with normal age-related patina and tarnish on the brass fittings. The DOT-3AA2400 stamp, serial number, and CCC-OK markings are clearly legible on the shoulder. The tank is being sold empty.
