This is a complete pump drive system consisting of a Leeson CI4D6FZ1B direct current permanent magnet motor, a Seepex MD 006-12 progressive cavity pump, and a Baldor BCWD140 NEMA 4X/IP65 DC motor speed control — all mounted on a common aluminum base plate. The motor and controller were pulled from a working environment and have been tested at our facility: the system powers on at 115 VAC, the indicator lights come on, and the motor begins to rotate at approximately 20% speed on the controller. The unit was briefly run at 60% speed for a few seconds without fluid. Please note the coupling between the motor shaft and the pump shows visible deterioration and should be inspected before returning the system to service.
