Option 1 is controlled from HP-1B bus via program.
This unit powers up.
When set in CV or CC mode there is no output voltages and the front panel controls have no effect.
When set in local mode the front panel displays voltage overrange, the meter is pegged at max, and the output is +63 VDC. The front panel voltage control knob will not adjust it in this condition.
