Granville Phillips 270 ion gauge controllers feature dual thermocouple gauges, autoranging, and process control and are a precision instrument designed to indicate high vacuum pressures from 1 to 1x10-8 Torr. The two independent thermocouple gauges allow for pressure measurement in the range of 0.001 to 1 Torr while the ion gauge allows for pressure measurement in the 9x10-4 to 1x10-8 Torr range. The Granville Phillips 270 has two independent thermocouple gauge set points and two independent ionization gauge set points to provide process control over 8 decades of high vacuum pressure. The basic unit is comprised of a power supply, electrometer, emission controller and ion gauge meter. These Granville Phillips 270 high vacuum ion gauge controllers operate on either 115 or 220 VAC.
