CEIA THS/MS21 Multi-Spectrum Metal Detector 350x200mm Opening THS Series 21
The CEIA THS/MS21 is a freestanding inline metal detector from CEIA's THS Series 21 product line, designed for continuous product inspection on manufacturing and packaging conveyor lines. It features a 350 x 200 mm aperture and uses CEIA's proprietary Multi-Spectrum technology, which simultaneously analyzes multiple frequency bands to detect both magnetic and non-magnetic metal contaminants while suppressing the signal interference caused by conductive product content (known as product effect). The unit includes an integrated pneumatic rejection assembly for automated removal of contaminated product.

Applications

This CEIA THS/MS21 THS Series 21 Multi-Spectrum Metal Detector has been inspected and is in good used condition. It was pulled from a working environment where it was previously in active use. The stainless steel housing and frame show normal wear consistent with industrial service — minor scuffing and surface marks on the outer panels. The pneumatic rejection assembly, solenoid valve, and air regulator are present and intact. The top-mounted THS control head with LCD display and keypad is intact with normal cosmetic wear.
