AT&T RD431 Radiodetection Transmitter Cable Fault Locator At the heart of the LMS-3 system is the RD431 transmitters unique CD frequency that energizes the cable metallic sheath or other conductive element, with a low frequency signal capable of traveling long distances. This signal can be positively identified using a Radiodetection hand held PDL-4 cable locator. Does not include external 48 Volt AC adaptor.
