Please read the following
terms and conditions of sale. All sales are subject to prior
sale and limited to stock on hand. Terms require prepayment by credit card, certified
funds, or wire transfer. Company/Personal checks will delay shipments
until confirmation that the check has cleared. Terms for Overseas customers are
prepayment via wire transfer. Purchase orders and checks should be mailed to:

Warranty: All equipment is cleaned and tested to be in good
working order prior to shipment. (Unless sold "as is" for parts value).
Equipment sales are final and carry a 15 day right of return. Manufacturers warranties
may apply. Unsatisfactory merchandise may be returned for a full refund if the equipment
does not operate as specified. The purchaser is liable for all transportation
and shipping costs to and from Recycled Goods. Equipment we sell is cleaned and
tested for proper operation prior to shipment. Most all equipment is used, all
equipment is cleaned and tested, some equipment is refurbished, or even brand
new. For specialized laboratory, medical and test equipment we normally hire
outside specialists, either independent service providers, or the manufacturer
to checkout and refurbish the product if necessary for the customer. We can
offer 30 day, 90 day, or one year warranties if you require a warranty. Prices
for warranties vary depending upon the product and our expertise with the
product we are selling. If in doubt please ask. Recycled Goods is "not" liable
for mistakes or misprints in the web site or any other publication. We do
accept returns of non defective merchandise within 30 days; however, we charge
a 30 percent restocking fee. A return materials authorization number is
required prior to returning equipment for warranty issues and should be clearly
marked on the return box.
Return Material Authorizations:
Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
All returns require an RMA number for processing. To obtain an RMA# for your
shipment, please contact us at Sales@recycledgoods.com or (805) 644-3100 as soon
as you recognize there is an issue. Please download the RMA request form in Adobe PDF format
and fax it to us at (805) 644-3170. Once your return is approved, we will provide
your RMA# and return instructions. RMA numbers expire 10 days after the date issued.
Returned items must be received within that time frame, or the RMA will be cancelled.

Replacements will be sent free of charge via UPS or USPS once defect is confirmed by our technician(s) Returned
items must be received in good physical condition with all included parts/accessories or
your RMA may be denied. We suggest appropriate insurance on all returned parcels.
Any item returned without an RMA number will be refused and/or returned to you at
your expense.

Damaged Items
Items are typically insurable for OBVIOUS PHYSICAL DAMAGE only. This means that upon
receipt, and before the driver leaves, your purchase should be inspected for any signs
of visible damage. If the item appears to have been damaged during transport, please
be sure the party signing for the delivery makes a note of that damage (in specific detail)
on the delivery receipt before giving it back to the driver.
Checklist for item damaged in shipping: Save all packing materials (pallet, carton,
cushioning, peanuts, bubble wrap, etc…) as well as the damaged item for carrier inspection.
Notify us ASAP (805)644-3100. Please have your order # handy for expedited service. We
will file a claim on your behalf or give you the required contact information for filing
yourself if allowed by the carrier. All insurance claims are settled at the sole discretion
of the carrier and Recycled Goods will not be responsible for any reimbursement on denied
and/or partial claims.
Defective Items
Upon receipt of your purchase, please test for advertised function as soon as possible.
Depending on the condition code of the item at the time of sale, you may be able to return
a defective item for exchange (or credit if no replacement is available). Any item
returned as “defective” which tests “no problem found” upon receipt will be subject to
a NON-DEFECTIVE restock fee (30%). All returns are for exchange of like part only unless
no replacement is available, in which case a refund of the purchase price (less any
shipping/handling charges) will be given. All refunds will be provided via the same
means through which original payment was made. Any return must be initiated within
30 days of receipt to be considered.
Incorrect Items
On the rare occasion that a shipping error has occurred and you receive the incorrect
part, please contact us immediately for instructions. Sales@recycledgoods.com or

Shipping: charges for general merchandise are based upon actual shipping
costs plus $5.00 per box for packaging and handling. We prefer to ship via
FedEx Ground and Federal Express, we have daily pickup service (Monday through
Friday). We always add insurance to our shipments in the amount of the price of
the product plus shipping costs. If you ever receive an item damaged please
contact us immediately and we will initiate a damage claim and have the product
including original packaging picked up from your location. To estimate your
shipping costs click on the shipping estimate link on the detail page of the item
your interested in. For larger palletized items we ship via motor
freight. Our volume of shipping provides us excellent rates for cross-country
palletized shipments and are generally less than $300 per pallet. We can
provide you a shipping price quote for palletized shipments usually within a
few hours. Multiple pallets are even less per pallet. When in a rush Federal
Express Air freight services are also relatively inexpensive only slightly
higher that standard motor freight rates. When requesting that we provide you a
shipping quote please include your town and postal code.
