Varian 12 CF Cylindrical Space Simulation High Vacuum Chamber (Stainless Steel)
- This was recently removed from an R&D lab. This is just the Chamber, Stand, and various Components Vacuum Gauges, Thermal Evaporator Boat Holders as shown in the photos. The Chamber is fitted with an 8 High Electrically Powered Vacuum Valve, however, the Cryo and Roughing Pumps and Controllers have been removed. This is a very unique flexible thermal evaporation chamber that can be customized to a wide variety of sputtering and space simulation applications.

- 2 viewing windows and four feed throughs for connections on the door.
- 16 ports with many electrical and gas Feed Throughs on the base including Temescal, MDC and Huntington.
- 230 Volt 30 Amp 3 Phase Power Input
- We noticed one of the view port glass blanks is cracked.
- Connections for compressed air, hi-vac vent, nitrogen purge, source inlet and source drain to the base assembly.
