This item is used and has been tested to be in good working condition. This HP 48-Port DTC powers up but has not been fully tested at our facility. The unit has 6 02345-60003r installed in the chassis. However, it is being sold "as is" with no warranty. No manual or peripherals are included. It can be previewed at our facility in Ventura, Ca. during normal business hours 8am to 5pm M-F.
