Applications
Convectron gauges are a staple of vacuum measurement in scientific, industrial, and semiconductor processing environments. The Granville-Phillips Convectron design extends the range of a standard Pirani gauge by using convection as well as conduction to sense pressure, giving it a broader useful range from rough vacuum all the way down to high vacuum. These sensors are commonly used in vacuum deposition chambers, sputter systems, freeze-dryers, vacuum ovens, electron microscopes, and research vacuum systems wherever continuous pressure monitoring is needed across the rough-to-high vacuum transition. The 275071 connects to a compatible Granville-Phillips Convectron controller or readout module, which interprets the sensor's output and displays the measured pressure. This Granville-Phillips 275071 Convectron Gauge Tube has been visually inspected and appears to be in good used condition. The chrome body, blue connector housing, and side port are all intact with no obvious damage. The red protective cap is present on the 1/8 NPT port. The warning label is legible and in good shape.
