We take great pride in ensuring all products we ship are professionally packaged to minimize the potential for freight damage. Items are typically insurable for OBVIOUS PHYSICAL DAMAGE only.
Upon receipt, and before the driver leaves, your purchase should be inspected for any signs of visible damage. If the item appears to have been damaged during transport, please be sure the party signing for the delivery makes a note of that damage (in specific detail) on the delivery receipt before giving it back to the driver and notifies Recycled Goods immediately.
Do not ship the product back to us. Keep all packaging including box and cushioning materials. We will file a damage claim with the carrier and will have the carrier pick up the item from you. We will ship you a replacement or issue a credit when no replacement is available.
