This item is a high quality format converter designed to convert a composite or s-Video signal into component video (Y,R-Y,B-Y) and RGBS. The component and RGBS outputs operate simultaneously. Front panel buttons are provided to select the incoming signal format, outgoing sync format, the video standard, and adjust the HUE of the output.
