Meter does not have the optional scanner installed.

Missing the rear cover over the optional scanner port. 120 volt power cord receiver has minor damage but is functional. This meter does not pass all of the built-in test parameters. Although it works very well on DC volts and Ohms and frequency showing high accuracy results, the AC measurements do not work. This is confirmed by the built-in test failure for test # 406.6,407.1,407.2,407.3,408.6,410.1,411.1,411.2.
