Customer Service / Sales Expediter - Ventura, CA
This full-time position is responsible for processing orders and answering busy multiline phones, e-mails, and expediting order requests to our technicians. The job requires someone with a sense of urgency, who is very fast and accurate.  The right person will possess a high level of organizational, problem solving, and grammar skills.  Computer knowledge and previous customer service and administrative support experience, with a high attention to detail and accuracy is desired.

Digital Photographer / Web Processor  - Ventura, CA
This position is responsible for creating photo sets of the products offered for sale on our website. Responsibilities include determining the make, model and features of the products.  The photographer will capture digital images show clear precise product photos and work with the technitions. The position will be responsible for processing incoming inventory and requires moderate lifting, and cleaning.  Applicants must be willing to get their hands dirty, be motivated,  reliable, detailed, and have excellent computer skills.  Previous photographic experiance is desired but not required.  We supply the digital cameras. 

Warehouse Shipping and Receiving - Ventura, CA
This position is responsible for efficient operational performance of the shipping and receiving department. This position will assume responsibility for packing and labeling shipments. In addition to shipping duties, receiving and local pick-up of equipment will be required. This includes processing, sorting, cleaning, classifying and demanufacturing incoming equipment. Applicants must be reliable and detail oriented. Must have strong mechanical aptitude, data entry skills and have a good DMV record and forklift experience. Experience with UPS Worldship software and technological equipment a plus.

Electronic Test Equipment Repair and Audit Technician - Ventura, CA
This position is responsible for testing and repair of electronic test and lab equipment. Responsibilities include auditing of incoming equipment for functionality and comparison of performance to original factory specifications, and coordinating with the sales, processing, and shipping departments. Applicants must be reliable, detailed, and have good computer, and communication skills. Experience with electronic test, or laboratory equipment repair and calibration is essential.

Computer Repair and Test Technician - Ventura, CA
This position is responsible for testing and repair of computer equipment.  Experience troubleshooting complete systems, and testing system boards, memory, processors, power supplies, peripheral cards, and hard and optical drives. Responsibilities include auditing of incoming equipment for functionality and comparison of performance to original factory specifications, and coordinating with the sales, processing, and shipping departments. Applicants must be reliable, detailed, and have good computer, and communication skills. Experience with older IT equipment from the 1980's and 1990's including XT, 286, 386, Apple, mainframe computers, MFM and ESDI Hard Drives, 1200 Baud Modems, etc. is helpful.
