This used HIPOT tester is being sold As Is / For Parts. Cannot see any voltage on panel meter. Internal inspection very clean with no observable damage. The single vacuum tube lights up when AC power is on. (Tube may be bad). No indication of Hi-Pot test taking place when set to Hi-Pot position. We are unsure if it is a unit or user issue.
