Genik/Glenro Narrow Web Lithium Ion Battery Manufacturing Converting Line. Initially designed and setup as pilot line for Zinc Fuel Cell batteries. Layout of system would work well for Lithium Battery Manufacturing Line or reconfigured to custom process as needed.
- Lead Section Unwind w/Operator Control - Rolls are unwound - Genik
- Air Slot Heaters - Metal rolls are preheated to accept Calendar process - Glenro
- Calendar Press - Setup for 3 stock or 3 crush - first crush 10,000 second crush 9,000 and third crush 8.000 - Genik
- IR Infrared Heaters - Curing Calendar process - Glenro
- Rewind - Rolls are rewound at end of process - Genik
