This Franklin PZL 6A-350-C1 220 HP aircraft engine was removed from a 1967 SIAI-Marchetti S.205 approximately 15 years ago when the aircraft was re-engined with a remanufactured unit. It has been in storage since removal and has not been run or tested at our facility. The engine is complete and physically intact; the data plate is present and legible, confirming Serial No. 52508-3, Model 6A-350-C1, 220 HP at 2300 RPM. Log books are not currently available, though the history of the aircraft and its previous owner are known — we may be able to obtain the logs. The provenance of this engine is genuine and documentable. The exterior shows surface corrosion and aged paint consistent with long-term storage, but no major structural damage is apparent. Included on the pallet are the exhaust headers and a Franklin accessory/gearbox housing. A wooden shipping crate is also available. This engine can be inspected in person at our facility in Ventura, California — please contact us to arrange a preview. Please view our photo set and contact us if you have any questions.
