This vintage Decca Radar System has not been powered up and has not been tested at our facility. The system was manufactured in England and its purpose / application is not known but some of our research shows that this model number radar unit was installed on the Polar Duke Research Vessel. The Polar Duke was used by research scientists to collect data in the southern oceans and Antarctic regional waters. Both the Transceiver and Display Console are in good physical condition and seem to be complete. However, it is being sold as is with no warranty. No manual or peripherals are included.
