We are unable to tell if it responds to touch since the screen has very little visibility

This is a used PLC controlled screen printer that came out of a solar manufacturer that used it to make flexible stainless steel solar cells. The touch screen was cracked during our removal and will need to be replaced. Listing in an As Is / For Parts condition since we cannot test it.
