A VCO is an oscillator, the frequency of which can be varied by a control voltage. We do not know what frequency this will operate at but judging from the RF board appearance it is probably not much above 1 GHz. RF output on a SMA-F connector We do not know how or what to connect to the small D-connector. Box is 50 x 44 x 89 mm
