  New Open Box. This item is new and unused and comes with the original certificate of calibration and manual. This item can be previewed and inspected by appointment at our facility in Ventura, Ca. during normal business hours 8am to 5pm M-F.

  We will professionally package and insure this product for safe delivery. For this shipment we offer a shipping cost of actual shipping charges plus a $5 packing and handling fee within the continental USA, subject to terms & conditions.

Shipping

• Processing Time: Once payment has cleared, we make every effort to ship within 1 business day. Freight items take longer to prepare for shipping and will most likely not ship as quickly as a standard parcel.
• Multiple Purchases: Should you require a rate for multiple units or more than one item, please let us know and we'll provide a manually calculated rate. The auction shipping calculator often has trouble processing such rates, so if your order comes through with the incorrect shipping on such orders, we reserve the right to refund and re-invoice the correct amount.
• Packing: We use Instapak® Foam-in-Place Packaging as well as other traditional packing materials to ensure your item is secure for transport.

Please e-mail photographs that show the damage to both the item and packing materials or that illustrates the part number or other significantly different features than what we advertised.
• Return Authorization Required: A Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required for all returns, so please contact customer care ASAP to report any trouble you are having. Returned items must be received within 10 days of the RMA date or the case will be closed. Original shipping charges are non-refundable and the buyer is responsible for return shipping.
